WSCL Electronics Technicians and Assemblers are experienced in all aspects of through-hole and surface-mount circuit board assembly, inspection, testing and troubleshooting. The Production department at Western Scale Co. Limited utilizes process equipment such as:

Fabrication & Mechanical Manufacturing

Like the electronic components of our weighing systems, our mechanical structures are also manufactured "in-house". The process begins with drawings from our Engineering department's 3D CAD systems.  Our expert fabricators and welders then build to the highest standards of accuracy and strength. We cover everything for the scale system from heavy equipment such as truck scales, hopper scales and complete bulk weighing systems to platform and conveyor scales, mounting posts and enclosures for custom control cabinets.

Our large fabrication facility is well equipped to handle assembly and welding of parts and structures made from:
